By using this website or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Services & scope
CQOMTREYD CORP provides business consulting and AI automation services including workflow automation, process consulting, custom workflow design, internal knowledge systems, document and data automation, AI assistant integration, process optimization, and related strategy and implementation support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Submitting a website form does not create a service agreement.
Authorization
You confirm that you own or are authorized to discuss the systems, processes, and materials described in your inquiry. You are responsible for obtaining any internal approvals needed before we begin implementation work.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for access credentials, data accuracy, third-party tool subscriptions, licensing, compliance requirements applicable to their industry, and reviewing AI-assisted outputs before operational or customer-facing use. CQOMTREYD does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulated-compliance advice unless separately agreed in writing.
Fees & payment
Fees are quoted for the agreed scope. Payment terms will be stated in the engagement confirmation or invoice. Work may be paused if required payments are overdue. Third-party software or platform fees are the client’s responsibility unless expressly included.
Service limitations
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific cost savings, productivity percentages, revenue outcomes, or uninterrupted operation of third-party AI or software platforms. Results may depend on process quality, data access, adoption, and vendor limitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes relating to the website or services is in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless a written engagement agreement states otherwise.
